Use of the platform

By creating an account you agree to use TradesFunders only for lawful purposes and to keep your login credentials secure.

Purchases

The "Buy Crypto" flow does not process a real payment. Balances credited through this flow reflect platform activity, not real-world crypto custody obtained via purchase.

Deposits

Crypto deposits are processed by NowPayments. Send only the asset and network shown on the deposit page. Balances are credited once NowPayments confirms the payment.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before completion. No real funds are released, and a request may be declined at our discretion, for example on suspicion of fraud.

Locked staking

Staking allocations are locked for six or twelve calendar months. Early unstaking is disabled. Principal and accrued rewards release automatically at maturity, processed on the next application request or scheduled settlement run. Displayed APY is a plan rate, not a guaranteed payout.

Partnership accounts

TRADESFUNDERS partnership shares are purchased with ETH. They do not issue legal equity. Starter: 0.3 ETH for 0.01%; Partner: 1 ETH for 0.07%; Custom: from 1.5 ETH at 0.07% per ETH. Each completed platform buy automatically credits your ownership percentage of its USD value to a separate USDT partnership ledger. No guaranteed return, share redemption, or real payout is provided.

Account review

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
