This workspace accepts no real card payments. Sandbox credits and network fees have no cash value.

Incorrect deposits

If you send an unsupported asset or an incorrect amount to a generated deposit address, contact support immediately. We'll do our best to help, but recovery is not guaranteed.

Withdrawal fees

Required withdrawal fees are ledger debits. Rejected withdrawals refund both the principal and the fee.

Disputed transactions

If you believe a transaction on your account was made in error or without authorization, contact support right away with the transaction ID.
